Quick Steel Processing’s new 400AMP high-definition plasma machine, incorporates the latest technology in high definition plasma cutting, which allows us to cut and bevel mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium to an extremely high quality finish.

Quick Steel Processing have the ability to process various types of material from mild steel to stainless steel & aluminium.

We also possess the flexibility to cater to various customer requirements relating to job volume, happily accommodating small, medium or high production runs, with minimal disruption, in turn saving you valuable time and money.

Capacity 

• 3200mm wide x 12000mm long cutting
• up to 50mm thick mild steel
• 32mm thick stainless & aluminium

Our modern software packages enable us to develop, program and nest parts with minimal wastage. Enabling us to process a wide range, variety of transitions. For example lobster backs, square to rounds, cones, branches and elbows to name just a few.

We can also offer stitch cut beams, drilled base plates, cleats etc, for the construction industry.
